Brought my 89 year old Mother in for first visit (as a new patient). Dr. Arun and staff were excellent communicators, care-givers and listeners! Dr. Arun got right to work reviewing Mom’s records/test results and gave recommendations and scheduled a follow-up appointment. We had to call back before follow-up appointment, and she promptly returned our call and again gave recommendation and explanation of situation. If you have a complex condition or need a doctor who actually listens, look elsewhere. Dr. Schachter is entirely dismissive of patient input. Despite me bringing in necessary paperwork for mobility assistance, he brushed off my physical reality in favor of his own narrative, even suggesting I should use public transit when I am physically unable to do so. Before assistant leave room after vitals are taken, advise the patient what's expected when the Dr arrive (change to appropiate exam robe). Don't walk out with out communicating.
