I had one issue, but it was solved professionally! PrimeCare is a great place. My daughter really loves going there!
RecommendedI can't say enough good about Dr. Hall and all the staff at PCMC. If you are looking for holistic care, with people who will actually care about you and your family; this is the place to go. Not only that, but I really like that the entire family is able to be seen by the same providers. I am moving soon to South Arkansas but I will be driving back to Conway to see Dr. Hall and the PCMC team. They are worth the drive.

It’s not just the ease and convenience of their hours or daily availability; it’s the people at PrimeCare, it’s truly why I’ve been going there for so long. They don’t approach your health as though they’ll only see you once or twice, they approach it as though they’ve been caring for you your whole life. Terrible service. They scheduled my for 3:50 sent me an appointment reminder and then said "Oh we scheduled you in the wrong system so you have to wait until 530 or reschedule" Total disregard for my schedule or my time.
First office I have been to that you do not sit and wait for two hours . Very prompt and very thorough services . Highly recommended .
RecommendedThe PrimeCare clinic in Conway, the Salem Rd. location is excellent. They saw my son 3 minutes before closing, they were so kind, we didn’t feel rushed at all. He ended up having strep, and we are VERY grateful they got us in and helped our little guy get back to feeling better!
