Too many horror stories to list. Avoid like the plague.
One star for the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Very dissatisfied with staff in charge of returning phone calls in order to reach anyone. Mostly, my calls go unanswered or are forwarded to a "Call Center" that cannot answer any of your health concerns. I finally had to go to the office in person, where a very rude and uncaring front desk person, "Jackie" admitted being "short-staffed." This is a terrible medical group. But, for most of the better insurance HMO’s it’s all you can get. There’s zero consideration for the patients they serve. There is zero continuity of care. Even if you’ve been seeing a doctor or Specialist for years they consistently send you to some random Doctor or facility with a 2 star rating. Even if you’ve been seeing a specific Doctor for years who has been keeping you healthy, they refer you to whoever they feel like.
