Dr. N Eke and the front desk team are great. The main receptionist works hard to balance calls and waiting patients. As someone with receptionist experience, I admire her professionalism and ability to do it all at once. Dr. N Eke is no-nonsense, tries to find real solutions, and I feel cared for as his patient. I noticed the wait times have improved as well. I'm glad to have this clinic.
I’d really like to thank this clinic, especially Melanie at the front desk! She was not only super friendly but also incredibly helpful. She got me registered with my first family doctor since arriving in Canada, and I truly appreciate her. The clinic’s efficiency overall was really impressive. On top of that, the clinic is clean and well-organized, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant!
Found an absolutely amazing female family doctor at this clinic. It is very well run, friendly staff, easy to book appointments and a brand new female family doctor accepting patients. Dr Chioma Nwokeocha is so smart, kind, caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. 5 stars.
My husband and I moved to Edmonton a little over a year ago, and one of our primary concerns was finding a family Doctor. Dr. Chioma is an amazing family doctor. She is incredibly patient, takes the time to truly listen, and is always very thorough in her care. You never feel rushed during appointments, and she makes sure all concerns are properly addressed. Our family genuinely feels cared for and supported under her care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and attentive doctor.
