Very professional and attentive .
I went to this location as a new patient and resident in Chicago. I arrived 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I watched as countless individuals arrived for their appointments and were immediately called back. I waited for an hour and 30 minutes in the lobby. Finally got called back & it was the practice manager. She pulled me into her office and told me that her front desk forgot to check me in, and the office was already backed up so they were unable to see me that day anymore.
