The food is pretty good, though the portions aren't really big enough for me to call them "meals." They are a bit bigger than a snack I would say. I have one for lunch every day but one on its own isnt enough. I usually bring some fruit or something else along with it. I think the portion sizes are smaller than CleanEatz but I prefer Primalete because there are fewer options in terms of what there is to eat. They have the same things all the time and ive only seen them run out of the item I like once so its pretty reliable
