I LOVE this place. I always get the friendliest service here. The type of place where they remember your name. They also helped me out with a plan that matched EXACTLY what I was looking for. I go here for all my premade meals and it helps A LOT, whether I'm bulking or cutting. Especially since I work thirds. I don't know about the other locations, but this is my primealete!Ā
Called this business on Saturday to verify they would be open on Monday since it was memorial day. The gentlemen I spoke to said yep, normal hours. I then verified even though it's a holiday? He said yes. I checked this morning and all their stores on Google show open. We are in town visiting family and drove 15 min out of our way to get meals. We just arrived and it's closed. Do better as a business owner.Ā
I want to express my appreciation and thanks to Alan who I have met at the St. Clair Shores location on Sundays. He is so friendly and always willing to assist me in finding the meals I desire in the coolers. He also addresses any inquiries I may have. His customer service is outstanding. And I know he provides this same service to every customer who calls or walks in. Thanks again Alan for all that you do to make Primealete shine.Ā
