This is a beautiful place, and the staff is competent, and caring. The director, Maureen, is so wonderful to work with. She listens and acts with patience and kindness always. Her experience is a great asset to this organization.
I have visited Prime West Knoxville several times it really feels like a resort when you walk through the front door, very clean and inviting. All the management are so friendly and welcoming to all who visit. The residents all know Maureen, Lindsey, Skylar and Shea by name. My friend and I were invited to have a small craft fair during the holiday season. The staff were so helpful and made our experience very welcoming. Maureen was exceptional!! She advertised prior to the event as well as made sure we had everything we needed while we were there. We enjoyed visiting with the residents. They were delightful. We look forward to returning to Prime in the future! Thank you.
Prime has so much to offer. Full meal service, transportation, 24 hour concierge. The entertainment, parties, clubs, card games are great. The front desk team friendly and helpful. Great customer service.
