I was impressed with the friendly, comfortable atmosphere of the office! The staff was awesome and the care I received from the dentist and the assistant was amazing! Hands down the best visit to the dentist I have ever had! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent dental care team
Pleasant check in Dental assistant listened to my concerns. Addressed NONE of them. Suggested part A had work, didn't need it Prescribed THE SAME WORK that someone else had just done. In the same spot. I went to a different dentist, the work wasn't requested. Meanwhile, the insurance didn't cover the second, more accurate opinion. No cleaning was performed by Prime View. Hannah did my tooth cleaning and check and used a wonderful tool that allowed her to easily remove buildup on my teeth. It was sooo much nicer than having someone scraping in my mouth! She is also very attentive and a lovely person to chat with. I highly recommend her and this office for their great customer service and excellent dental care.
My first visit I was made to feel as if I was already an established patient. Everyone is so kind & helpful. I am a traditionally nervous dental patient but was made to feel at ease right away. Dr. Ashe explained the exam process so I was aware of each step of the exam as well as the findings. Nothing mysterious going forward. In all, a totally pleasant & informative appointment.
