Excellent from the time you make an appt to exit. You actually get a real person answering your call, appointments that aren't weeks/months out, minimal wait in the office, and best of all they have all the testing in the office. I was previously taking my mother to one of the inova big chain practices, where it was hard to schedule appointments, multiple appointments for the ABI/ultrasound,etc, longer wait times ,etc. Five starts all the way!
