Went in on a Saturday morning with an infected spider bite. Had never been here before. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the medical person I saw. Quick, thorough and they took my insurance. Since my primary care is only working 4 days a week, I'm glad this all worked out. I will be back.
I had a great experience. Myself and my youngest child were very sick. We did a walk in, we're registered, and went back within 20 minutes. The provider saw us pretty quickly. He diagnosed both of us correctly for bronchitis and we were started on antibiotics. This location is 100 times better than the other location in town. EDIT: 06/12/2026 My son hurt his ankle. Very skilled physician.
Worst place. Was here at 8am. The female “dr” was agitated because she actually had to do her job which was with a horrible attitude by the way. But the staff is amazing!! My sister was in severe abdominal pain they didn’t even bother to do much gave her zofran. As soon as we got home the pain got worse and had to bring her to DELANO er and turns out it was her gallbladder.
