Cut my internet line… I have them on camera doing it. You can clearly see them on camera reacting to the damage once they notice it, then they just moved on. When I confronted them about my internet not working, then they showed the damage and reported it to their supervisor. The least you could do is step up and inform me something was damaged regardless of fault (marked or not).
