I absolutely love this office. I was very pleased with my experience at Prime Urgent Medical Clinic. They are friendly, professional, and take the time to answer any questions you might have. Took Daughter in law to clinic to follow up appointment scheduled for 10am but after 12:00 and still hasn't been seen. When asked why after they made the apt, found out they don't have any record of it and they are short handed, which is NOT our fault because we were there when they told us to be. A little exception should be made here instead of just trying to appease us to sit down & wait.
I was pleasantly surprised when visited this clinic. I have been fed up with my primary care facility and after battling flu and cold for 6 weeks, went here and walked in. About one hour long wait, - but not as bad as my reg. doc's office lately - I think everybody I know is sick. The nurse who took my information was super and cute, and the doctor (whose name I can't pronounce or spell) was so sweet and I liked him a whole bunch. I was delighted with them both.
