Rated it a 1 becasue 0 was not an option. There was hardly anyone there on a Sunday afternoon but the doctor was rushed. Literally, he was in the examining room no more than 2 to 3 minutes to examine a 20-month old that was wheezing. He didn't even hear it until my wife told him where to listen at and then he confirmed the wheezing in his lungs after listening a second time. Two nurses came in to give an injection and failed to properly restrain our son for the shot and the needle pulled out and most of the medicine ended up... read more
