the doctor and staff were really nice and helpful. the process of checking in as a first time patient was easy and i didnt have to wait too long to get seen

Do not come here! The receptionist treated us very poorly. The service was at the lowest level possible. My friend was feeling very unwell, and it took two hours before they even saw us. Even after we were admitted, they only checked her basic vital signs, saw that she had a high fever, and still made us wait in the room for another full hour. After that, someone who appeared to be a nurse came in, asked her a few questions, and then disappeared for another hour. When she finally came back, she only gave my friend some pills... read more
once again, another group of medical associates that operates under a lackadaisical approach to service
Came her for a female emergency. No wait. The front desk ladies were so kind to me and the doctor was even more sweet. I was very embarrassed about my situation but the doctor assured me my problem was common and to not worry. I was in and out and got my prescription. Thank you all for such great service and making my scary experience not so scary anymore. :)
