Muncie Federal CU is friendly and personable. It's a hometown credit union where everyone knows your name when you walk in the door. They have great loan rates and will work hard to help you get approved if you do not have credit. Their freshstart loan program is great for first time creditors or for people who have had credit issues. If you want to be treated as an individual and not as a number, then you want to become a member of Muncie Federal CU!
It's the BEST place for a loan if you are on a fixed income and need to consolidate your debts for a lower monthly payment. All of the staff is friendly and the manager is very helpful. They saved me over $150 a month!
My wife and I , every time we go into the MFCU, are greeted with smiles and great service. These efficient staff members always ask how we are doing, answer efficiently all our questions or concerns, and seem to remember the names of all their clients as they come in the door. Interest rates on loans are very competitive.
This credit union offers everything I need and provides me with the best rates for savings and loans; checking is free! Members are valued and the service is excellent. When I enter, I am recognized and greeted by name; it is as if they are there just for me!
this is a great place for people just starting out. They helped me get a loan for my truck with a great interest rate when every other bank want to give me a high interest rate. On top of that they have great customer service and actually know you by name when you walk through the door. Overall they are a great place to do business.
If you need a great low rate Visa Card along with great personal service than you need to become a member of Muncie Federal Credit Union. My old credit card company was always raising my interest rate each month, regardless of my good payment history. I applied for a Platinum Visa card with MFCU and saved 10% in interest from my old credit card rate. Plus, I no longer have an annual fee charge.
