I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience related to Prime Land Title was disappointing. I am not a US citizen and do not reside in the United States. I own properties through a domestic U.S. LLC, so when I sign closing documents my identity must be verified using a foreign passport. Yesterday I spoke with Tiffani at Prime Land Title about notarization options for non-US sellers because I was considering an offer. Five stars for Prime Title! They are the definition of hardworking. It’s rare to find a company that is so dedicated to getting every detail right while remaining so personable and easy to talk to. Tiffani, Angie, Sam, and Sarah are absolutely wonderful! They consistently go above and beyond expectations. Highly recommended!

I have worked with a dozen title companies over the last few years, absolutely none compare to the team at Prime Title in West Jordan. They have saved my butt more than a few times whether its needing something rushed, or dealing with complex title issues no one else has even heard of. Massive Shout out to Tiffani Flanagan for working till 10pm then again at 6am the next morning to get my clients closed on their home in time. Tiffani, Kate, Jamie, and Angie (Sorry if I am missing anyone) I owe you all BIG time.
