Contacted several companies to get some sparrows out of my siding, Josh was the only one who as willing to quote and schedule through email (my preference). Got me on his schedule quickly, arrived when he said he would, did a good job, found some possible mouse entry points and filled them too, and charged me less than quoted. Nice guy, great work. Hope not to need him again but if so won't hesitate to give him the business. Thanks Josh!

Didn’t even get to the point of using Josh. I called him, told him where I lived and what I needed. He said he would be out on the following Monday, never came. I had to call him to follow up he said he would be out that Wednesday. That evening he said he would be out the next day. When he came out finally, he called and said he needed an additional $85 per visit for his time since my house is 10 minutes from the entrance of my neighborhood. He had told me he had been in my neighborhood before and was familiar with it. Appar... read more

Josh helped us with two separate issues in our home. We had a bat in our home at night and after reaching out to several "24 hour" companies to no avail, we contacted Prime Time the next morning. While not a 24 hour service, he was the only one who returned our call promptly. He was able to find and remove the animal from our home. On another visit, he also removed birds from our attic, and sealed the entry points at a very reasonable price. Through every step of the way, Josh was polite, empathetic, and very honest and upfr... read more

This is seriously the nicest and most helpful guy you could hope to deal with if you find yourself with a wild animal in your house. We had a bat get in somehow last year and animal control was zero help (not their fault they are underfunded, but they were basically like, sorry, can't help, good luck capturing that bat). It happened at about 9:00 at night on a school night and we couldn't get anybody else we googled to even call us back, not even the 24/7 places. We got in touch with him the next day and he was here as soon ... read more
