Took my watch in to get a new battery. The lady took it and took the back off then when a teenager came in to look at rings she devoted her time to him. Besides being obnoxious, he demanded her time and attention. I waited patiently. Once she made her $25 sale she completed the job of replacing the battery. She charged me $17. Within 1/2 hr. the watch died. Conclusion: the battery I paid for was completely dead. Suggestion: don't do any business there.

Great lady so friendly got my watch fixed in half hour and didn’t charge me a lot.

This is the worst ever watch repair place. The lady working there bent the back of my watch and blamed it on the last person that changed the battery. There was no battery replaced ever before I took it here. She simply did not put a proper size disc to press the back on to the watch case and bent case totally out of shape. She got very defensive and told me that she was upset that I didn’t believe her. She is not a person you can trust with your watch repairs. .Bad repairs and dishonest is what I got from this store.
