If I could give this place a zero star review I would I was walking across the mall and my daughter actually wanted to play with the horse machine right outside of prime time and at the same time I had a question about a watch and I wanted to get it fixed. I just wanted to inquire about pricing so I went in there and the first thing I asked her was hey do you have change for a $5 bill because my daughter was nagging and complaining? I get more than watch batteries and repairs here. I now buy all my chains here, for various pendants, gold, silver, white gold. I trust her. And I find her prices to be reasonable. Ann is also very pleasant to deal with, always. She also has a great many pendants and numerous handbags, of which I have purchased two in the past.
Took my watch in to get a new battery. The lady took it and took the back off then when a teenager came in to look at rings she devoted her time to him. Besides being obnoxious, he demanded her time and attention. I waited patiently. Once she made her $25 sale she completed the job of replacing the battery. She charged me $17. Within 1/2 hr. the watch died. Conclusion: the battery I paid for was completely dead. Suggestion: don't do any business there.
Great lady so friendly got my watch fixed in half hour and didn’t charge me a lot.
This is the worst ever watch repair place. The lady working there bent the back of my watch and blamed it on the last person that changed the battery. There was no battery replaced ever before I took it here. She simply did not put a proper size disc to press the back on to the watch case and bent case totally out of shape.
