When I first brought my watch, I had to sit there and watch the owner fumble with my watch for 15 - 20 minutes as she tried fitting a new gasket. Only after that did she realize that it was running slow and checked it in, making my wait essentially pointless. After a month or so of waiting, I got my watch back and both of the things I needed fixed hadn't been. Disappointing experience at this store. The owner was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Instead of providing basic customer service, she spoke in an arrogant and condescending manner, which made the entire visit uncomfortable and unpleasant.
I’ve been here since 10:30 date she opens at 11 but I’m still waiting for her to get here very unprofessional DO NOT COME HERE
Bad service don’t come here. She doesn’t exchange or refund at all. What kind of business does that?
