Disappointing experience at this store. The owner was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Instead of providing basic customer service, she spoke in an arrogant and condescending manner, which made the entire visit uncomfortable and unpleasant.
I’ve been here since 10:30 date she opens at 11 but I’m still waiting for her to get here very unprofessional DO NOT COME HERE
Bad service don’t come here. She doesn’t exchange or refund at all. What kind of business does that?
If I could give this place a zero star review I would I was walking across the mall and my daughter actually wanted to play with the horse machine right outside of prime time and at the same time I had a question about a watch and I wanted to get it fixed. I just wanted to inquire about pricing so I went in there and the first thing I asked her was hey do you have change for a $5 bill because my daughter was nagging and complaining?
