We had used Jennifer in the past with a very positive experience. So when it came time to rent our house in Fountain Hills we naturally used Prime Time properties. To our detriment our rent payments were constantly late. Eventually the tenants lease was up and Prime Time Properties never returned the security deposit. One star is two to many! Jennifer, the owner is a liar and a thief. She stole rent that she collected from properties that she managed and lied to my 81 year old mother. She talks a great game, she'll hug you and make you feel like your the most important person in the world and then she'll lie and steal from you.
