Former tenant of PrimeTime Properties, were easy to deal with and I never had a single issue with them. I wish all property mangement companies were as great as they were.
This company is the bottom feeders of the Barrel, and I cant even call them property managers, as they dont even do that. The other reviewer is right. They sure are quick to collect the rent, and take their cut, but dont expect anything else out of them.If you value your property value, then "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY". They do not check tenant references, and will move in the first set of losers that has a pulse. Be sure that these tenants will destroy your home. Slum Lords! These lazy managers will let your property run into the ground, but wont miss a lick when it comes to collecting their fees.....
