Actually the worst landlord EVER. They are very unhelpful, inconsiderate, and rude. Don’t even expect the bare minimum when renting from this company. They do not respond to text messages concerning real maintenance issues that need fixing. They also told me a time they were giving a tour, only to show up randomly over an hour after they should have already been done. They do not care about their properties or their tenants.
Rented from them for almost 3 years. 2019-2021. Never missed a payment, never had any issues, never caused any issues. I've been applying for rentals in La Crosse now and I've had property managers tell me that Primetime is telling them I've never rented from them before and that they have no record of me ever renting. They are making me look like a liar by lying themselves.
I don’t get all these nasty reviews. My family and I rented from John for about 3/4 years and he’s was ALWAYS helpful with the needs we needed, Renee at the office was amazing and loving to my family and I. Everything that needed to be fixed got fixed fast. Both places we rented from him were amazing. Communication with John was a tiny bit of lacking but he’s a busy man with all he does for his business so it’s totally understandable. Mark the maintenance man was absolutely wonderful and kind.
