I always book with Eric R and have only had great experiences with him as he his punctual and Friendly and anyone who says other wise is a lyin
My boys love this place because of Gabriel but this time we made an appointment with Eric for Sunday at 2:00pm and the guy never showed. We had another barber call him and when we talked to him over the phone, he was rude and said he didn’t know what we expected him to do but he was busy and it must have been a “malfunction on the booking service online” even though we clearly had the text confirming the appointment.
