Morally Unacceptable – Unbelievably Crooked. Wife's car was taken when their tow zone sign laid face down on the ground. Company even admitted that it was their sign and responsibility for its up keep, but still it's our fault that she parked in an unmarked tow zone. Unreal that we as people follow the rules and they get to make up their own.
