Horrible (these guys are lost talk to one person next person says complete opposite) left unit immaculate clean left 1 empty cardboard box in unit took me to collections for 349.00 and paid for empty unit for a month! , even tho I spent thousands at this facility and I drove back to remove the empty box on time horrible stay away from corporations go to mom and pops run facilities your better off !

I needed to rent a storage unit for a few months since I was moving. I had never rented a storage unit before and Ki, the General Manager at the Freehold location was very helpful. He explained the benefits of the different units and I was so pleased that I took his suggestion and rented a 10 x 5 space. When I was moving things in and out of my storage unit, it was so easy to access. So grateful for Ki’s help!

Simply awful! I began renting a parking space from them 2-3 years ago. They have continuously raised their rates such that that I am now paying 33% more than I was at move-in. Furthermore, their latest rate increase comes 1-2 months after a break-in at their location. Numerous RV owners (myself included) had our wires cut and batteries stolen.
