I have uad storage sense for a year now. At First they gave me a smaller storage then i paid for and i lost some things. However i believe it was an honest mistake and i hold no malace, because it's a good place. I am struggling really hard and not paying other bills just to keep my storage and this place especially Tim doesn't want anyone to lose their things. They understand i am struggling and they have waved my late fee many times for me.
Tim is amazing very friendly and helpful went above and beyond throughout my entire time with them from start to finish
