The two times I have been to the office, they are very helpful and pleasant! our designated space was pretty convenient as well! This is a great Storage Facility with awesome customer service. It smells clean and looks clean as well.
Updated review: We went back to check on our storage unit, and the gang scribbles on the elevator were now covered with a fresh coat of paint. I highly appreciate the level of concern expressed by Prime Storage to fix the problems we were having. Also, Tammy was extremely helpful explaining everything to us. Overall, they went above and beyond trying to resolve our concerns. Thank you, Prime Storage and Tammy! :)
Bad lighting, slow closing security gate, lousy insurance coverage, predatory raising of prices.
Tammy was very informative and friendly I am pleased w her hospitality at the storage facility
