I had no issues at all. Very clean and able to access my unit with no problems. The young man was very nice and friendly. Forgot his name.
Very unprofessional customer service. My mother, who was paying for the service was told that she could not be on the phone and we were hung up on twice because my mother was on the phone. I had to call the corporate office to file a complaint
Eric was awesome! He found us what we needed right away, and the indoor area is really clean and well maintained.
