Nice, clean and climate controlled. The rent is due the 1st of every month and if its not paid the late fees are due too. If you don't pay for the month they will change your lock and charge you for that and may auction off your belongings. The upside side is that if your struggling the staff may be able to give you more time depending on your situation. Isaiah was able to get me a one time access when I fell behind so I could move things out of my car.
Official warning!! Do not use this company they will raise your price every other month when they feel like the market is changing I had to deal with somebody going through my storage unit after raising my Price from $72-$115 and I told them I need my regular price or I will be moving out. We settled it at $100 still overpriced so I decided to move out when I just went there today to go grab my items. Just moved in and so far everything is great. Access is easy, unit was clean and size was perfect.
We had a very positive experience working with Will and Public storage. Our travel trailer is secure and in the right size parking space.
