I have a storage unit here but ran into Isaiah at the bank who is the manager at my storage place. I had to stop into the office to ask a few questions about my bill but he answered all my questions while I was at the bank. One less stop for me!!
There is no one in their office to talk with, unlike before Public Storage took over the facility.You’re reduced to voicemail messages. Their phone system for paying is screwed up. In my example, the system told me that my payment was lower due to a credit. I paid the lower amount before the due date. I then get text messages telling me that the amount of the credit is past due.i call customer service multiple times about this and I’m told that it’s an error and to ignore the text messages. I I am very pleased with the customer service provided at this location. I visited the store on Sunday and was treated very nicely . I intend to come back
