It was not clean! Spider webs and dirt all over the floor. The space was also supposed to be 10x15 (which you would think was a square)and it was not a square. It is so awkwardly shaped it’s difficult to get your stuff in. The doorway is also small creating excess difficulty. It was priced pretty well for the area until they conveniently raised the prices. I rented a unit from the Newport News location for 6 months, and the price went up 2 times in that 6 month period. They guaranteed no price jumps for the first year, when I first rented, and even gave me a free month. But told me it was nothing they could do to honor the no increase promise I was given.
I came to Prime to get an inquiry on a unit the two ladies who were working Maya and Rella were very nice I will definitely be back they are great!
