Staff is very nice. My main issue is the price increases every 6 mo or so. We have our payments on auto draft, so never late. Storage facilities give away free months to get new customers but they same prices go up due to demand. If price increases are driven by supply and demand, why not keep your good paying customers and hold prices. Prime isn't the only storage facility that plays this increase game.
Easy to get to. Lots of storage options, plenty of space to drive around
Could not have had a better experience obtaining a storage unit! Linda and Gabe are wonderful. Gabe drove me around and showed me different storage units and Linda made the process of renting the unit so effortless. The grounds are neatly kept and look great! Would definitely recommend Prime Storage.
Nice good size storage units.
