Every month I have a problem with the billing. They charge me an invoice fee , but I have automatic withdrawals from my checking account. They charged me for two months of rental insurance, when I showed them my homeowners policy and they took a copy for the file. I inquired about a $179 unit and the next month was charged the money. When I call, they always take care of the problem and the customer service is great, but it is annoying that I have to call every month.
Website to make payments is a joke. Completely unusable, have to pay in person only every month.
Bill did a great job for me; from showing me the unit, how to figure out if my home owners insurance covered things, to signing up for monthly storage to auto-pay. Real happy with my experience and the cleanliness.
Just jacked up my monthly fee from $74 to $104. Will be finding someplace more reasonable.
