Staff friendly and helpful.
Customer service by Anastasia (Cinnaminson store, on Bannard Rd) was excellent. She explained the cost of the storage areas to me then showed me what they looked like. Always better to see firsthand & get a visual knowing what you need to store. I'm very pleased with the secure, inside storage unit. Thank you. H. Nagel
Anastasia at the front desk was very pleasant and a great help assisting my mother with a storage unit.
Anastasia was a tremendous help. She personally showed me multiple units and we finally decided on a unit that met all my moving needs. I am beyond satisfied with my experience. Especially with how inexpensive renting the unit was!
