This review is for Prime Storage on Mellwood Avenue in Louisville, Ky. I rented a storage unit today and I received outstanding service and attention from Rick. He showed me several units and answered all of my questions in a courteous manner. After my experience working with Rick, I feel very confident about leaving my items with Prime Storage. Bad Business practices....40% rate increase in 6 months
Corporate office play bait and switch with their prices. They promote and get you in at one price, then at about 4 months they raise the price... and then again about 6 months later. I know a lot of storage facilities do this but if feels slimy. Locally, the people in the office are really good. They know their stuff and are helpful whenever they can.
Disatifed with your store, offering a free month not providing customer with offer. Have been dealing all. day With this issue getting no where, will not recommend store
You do not want to do business with this storage company. After just six months they increased my rent by nearly 40 percent. When I spoke to them their response was there’s nothing we can do. If you are leaving you need to give us 15 days notice and when you leave stop in and let us know. Bad company, stay away.
