Everything was great. The lady was very nice. The processor at the desk couldn’t ask for a better person. Only thing I didn’t like. Is you get charged for home insurance and they don’t tell you that till you get there so you can bring it with you and then a processing fee that’s ridiculous Two ways just to scam somebody out of their money other than that everything else was great

If you value your belongings- DO NOT put them in storage here. We rented a "climate controlled" unit for the past 10 years - the rent increased over time from $80 to $265 per month for a 10' x 8' unit. Today we went to clear out the unit and found everything in deplorable condition. There were mice droppings, spiders, centipedes and other bugs in everything. Plastic bags had huge holes in them, everything was covered in dirt and mold. It's obvious in this "climate controlled" unit that it was NOT climate controlled. Moisture... read more
Great place, been stroking here for about 3 months with no issues. My unit has power and lights which is a lifesaver, staff is nice and very easy to work with.
Robin gets the stars! Helped me get “moved in” to my new parking spot. Seamless process to get going. Nice option to auto pay. Great advice on how to maximize the benefits of renting space here. The location is nice too, right behind the VA Farm Market. Lot was very clean. Spot was pretty level on a solid gravel pad. Glad I found this place
