Emily was amazing!
Emily was wonderful with navigating me through a difficult process due to my health issues and a massive snowstorm that had everything snowed in and frozen over at the time I was to move my RV onto the site. She even hand shoveled snow given the uncertainty of the plow coming in, which it fortunately did. I’m very grateful.
Rented a unit yesterday, everything went super smooth. Friendly and helpful customer service and a convenient location!
Literally the worst storage place ever. The place is a joke and the sniveling little girl running the office is rude disrespectful and should not be allowed to deal with the public
