Every time we go, it’s like the most fun we’ve ever had. The food is amazing, but the service is what brings us back. Summer is a top tier bartender. Ravyn is an amazing server, along with Emily and the rest of the group. We’ve been able to meet each staff member, and we are never disappointed. Truly, Prime is such a fun place to come with friends and family. You won’t regret it!
Terrible experience. Brought family to dinner, raving about the best local steakhouse. So disappointed. My strip came out thin, full of fat, and resembling a poorly cut ribeye. They brought a new one and it at least resembled a strip, but was overcooked. All steaks that were ordered were chilly. Potatoes tasted like they were under heating lights for 30 minutes. Such a perfect birthday dinner for my mother. Our server Emily was exceptional. The salads, entrees and desserts were over the top. Thank you for making the evening so special!
Over the years, we’ve never had a bad experience but last night’s dinner was 10/10. Service was amazing. Drinks were perfect. Food was delicious. Love the new menu.
