There are very few receptionist that really handle their job really well these days! I’m not saying that there aren't good receptionists… but, I see a lot of doctors… Most of the receptions are clinically kind, but don’t really pay attention… this receptionist, Faith, goes above and beyond to make this a very welcome place! …and it makes a big difference! Prime Sports Med in Caldwell Idaho is my favorite 🤩! The staff is friendly, professional and timely. Dr. Cristina De Cristofaro is the best chiropractor my family has ever seen! She is thorough, professional and incredibly gifted in her profession. I’ve scene Dr. Cristina serval times for adjustments and specific treatment areas. Practitioners are good, however some of the policies are questionable. Yes, I signed the policy stating that there was a 24 hour cancelation policy for massage and physical therapy. However, I had to cancel my physical therapy appointment less than 24 hours because I was admitted to the hospital. When I called to verify that my appointment was cancel, I was rudely informed by the front desk agent that there are NO exception, no matter the reason.
