I usually don't have an issue here, but not posting that you're taking an hour lunch and nothing is going to be done because everyone is off. I showed up at 12:26 and was told no one is working because they started lunch. Almost all companies have at least 1 or 2 people staggered to cover lunch. I guess you just aren't that bright to consider the schedule of those who use your business.
