I have never experienced this level of professionalism in my existence. Completely a unique company from any other I ever received services from.
I worked with them. Muhammed was very professional. Arrived on time and was able to fix my issue. He also guided me on how to prevent this issue from happening again!!
I contacted Prime Service after my ac unit blew out and was extremely satisfied with the quality of service. The rep on the phone was very informative and made sure I got an appointment quick. Technician came on short notice, and completed the job and was very nice about informing me what went wrong. Would def recommend Prime Service
Canceled our claim before he came over. Took forever to get him to agree to stop by (almost a week) and the morning he was suppose to check our heat, he said he would be there around 3 to 5. We had to use our warranty company as a middle man and the guy claimed that he did not realize how far we were and lied by telling the company he said he would be there anytime today, when he specifically said the morning. Did not trust this guy at all and seems to not know what he is doing.
Worst experience ever! Very unprofessional ! What amazes me is that it’s still in business ! This company should not be operating, period.
