Edit - Responding to owner response - Yes, I hope your other caregivers are not as unprofessional as Lea. Stay away from the caregiver Lea. I heard about a hospice patient that she was taking care of in the day time and she was complaining about having to change the patient's diapers. This person is literally at death's door and she's complaining about diapers. She's in the wrong profession. If you get Lea as your at home caregiver, immediately request for anybody else.
Jess & his team of home care providers are truly wonderful. I have used them many times over the past 10 years. They cared for my father during his final days & they couldn’t have been more kind & supportive to my dad & the rest of our family. Recently his staff took care of my mom 24/7 during her “transition”. These beautiful & wonderful woman made a most difficult time very peaceful & painless for her. I would recommend Prime Senior Home Care without hesitation. They treated us like family
The employees are all accommodating to us the caregivers. They understood if there are emergencies of the assigned workers and make things possible for the sake of their clients. Prime is the best!
