Staff is amazing and helpful. The office is really clean and nice. Welcoming environment and they also listen attentively to your concerns.
The lady at the front desk was very nice, however the man I spoke to, "Park", while well meaning and I'm sure well trained, had a very very heavy accent and was very difficult to understand at times. He repeated a question to me 3 times in broken english and I felt we both had difficulty understanding each other, maybe consider asking him to take some more english or speech classes to improve his english otherwise he was very kind and patient with me, also they had a QR code on the wall encouraging people to leave 5 star rev... read more
