I DO NOT RECOMMEND this realtor. Ludimilla has had my grandparents' listing since February, when real estate was moving quickly and could not sell the home. When my uncle tried to cancel the listing on behalf of my grandfather, Ludimilla refused. She talks over you and is rude and unprofessional. Do NOT use this realtor to sell your home.
She listed my mother and fathers house. My mother since passed and my father and us are mourning my mother loss. So as you can imagine, when Ludmilla told us that she will not cancel our listing contract for the home and also told us that unless we pay her a cancelation fee, she will not cancel our listing and hold our home hostage, we were shocked at best!! We are now going to report her to the Florida Attorney Generals office, along with the Florida Board of Realtors and Division of Real estate for her breach of Fiduciary ... read more
Ludmilla, is holding our home hostage. Because of her lack of communication with us and clients and being able to sell the home, we asked her to cancel our listing. She refused and requested a 10% cancellation fee, even though it is not in her listing contract. My Mother passed away 3 months ago and my father is 87 years old. As a realtor/Broker, she has breached her fiduciary duties to us, as well as hung up on us and told us that unless we pay her cancelation fee, which was not in the contract, she will not cancel the list... read more
