At first everything was good. they were helpful and friendly, until after signing and moving in. False reviews. Lisa Ray and Prime Realty are money hungry rich people feeding off of less privileged. Rented a property in Paseo, that included washer and dryer in the bill. Yet the washer leaks and the dryer does not work a majority of the time. The owners have audacity to raise rent; however, the property has only deteriorated since Lisa Ray has “managed” it.
