If you are going to use this group, keep the pressure on and ask for transparency. When a realtor says this in not their bread and butter and that they only do this as a HOBBY you understand your business is not their priority. We lost money, time and trust. Thank God we accidentally met our buyers. Otherwise we would of pulled from the sale because I make my money by working not by playing with people’s livelihoods. My whole family uses prime! They have helped us buy and sell 6 houses. They are like family now. Very nice and respectful. They worked on and off the clock for us even when they were on vacation! Highly recommend.
