Shirley not good. Seller accepted my offering and we were in the process of doing house inspection, but Shirley sold the house to another buyer without letting me know. Don’t recommend working with her. No wonder why her listings sit on the market.
Interacted with one of the agent, Shirley Chen, and was so unprofessional. Communication between this agent is also very poor, left me on hang after asking for a showing. After confronting her, I felt like she was blaming me even though she left me on hang. I was expecting better communication for someone known as one of the top 1% agent. Anthony N. was so helpful in finding me an apartment rental in Queens. I was moving from out of the state and he was very communicative and reliable. He made the whole process very stress-free and easy. I cannot recommend him enough!
