THESE REALTORS ARE LIARS! Recently the realtor Betsy Richard showed me an apartment for rent. 18 days after I got possession of the apartment there was a little thunderstorm and the whole apartment flooded 1-2 inches. After getting in touch with Betsy she told me that she knew the apartment flooded and that she had rented out the apartment before, but did not disclose that to me. That is illegal. If I am not rewarded a refund I am pursuing legal action. If she did not disclose a flooding history in an apartment, who knows wh... read more
