Well i must tell everyone I WAS LIED TO WHEN I TYPED THIS COMMENT UP. APPARENTLY THE BUILDERS THAT SOLD US THIS HOUSE TOLD ME THAT MARK WAS TRYING TO GET THIS EXTRA MONEY FROM THIS THING. Always a phone call away with any concerns I had along the way. The specific process I went through was a little bumpy but that was no fault of his or mine, he did everything to make it go smoothly. The realtor mark is a joke! I never liked the guy from day one and wanted my husband to fire him the minute I laid eyes on him. He's even trying to get money from extras we had added to the property we bought and it is not even part of the sale price of the home it was extra money we paid out of our pockets to the contractors themselves. It had absolutely nothing to do with the sale price of the home!!! My husband's remarks to me telling him I didn't want to work with him was, "well he has a 5 star rating."
