We've used Gina at Prime Rate Mtg two times. And I would work with her again in a heartbeat. Gina goes the extra mile picking up the phone all hours of day when I was purchasing a home in different time zone, as well as, on the weekends. Gina is responsive, takes time to explain the details & really goes to bat for her clients with the underwriters. She also knows how to handle the real estate agents on both sides of the deal.
