I dealt with a billing error for over 9 months and was so frustrated I decided I wouldn’t continue care if Prime was involved. The hospital told me they had a great contact at Prime Radiology who could help, but after months of going back and forth with their billing place I wasn’t convinced. I paid for my services & my insurance also paid them. It takes 4-6 wks to process that claim, then ANOTHER 4-6 wks for a checj ti be mailed to patient. Should be against the law
