Do not recommend this practice. I have been with my sister to her appointments for support for ongoing mental health concerns, and often felt rushed during sessions and did not feel that there was enough time dedicated to fully discussing symptoms or concerns. Concerns are minimized rather than discussed and explored. The communication is very limited when it comes to explaining treatment options or even next steps. Used to be good, then they started to outsource customer service billing, appointments, med refills etc and it all went downhill from there. Everyone sounds like a robot reading from a script and they don't really care about you as a person. So I will be finding a new provider.
