Tried multiple times to schedule via zocdoc each time I was informed that the listed time was not possible after the fact. Incredibly frustrating
Started out ok but in person experience is awful, scheduled to start treatment on Monday, waited 30 minutes and moved into the back but then said they couldn't treat me due to a co-pay and had no communication of this and had this scheduled almost 2 weeks ago. Then, when I asked for their complimentary ride home, they messed it up again and had to get them to switch it. What a massive waste of time. Bad practice and bad business
Avoid this place at all costs. Treatment is nice but that's it. I've had nothing but struggles and a headache with their billing department. After authorizing a biweekly payment plan, I received a "delinquent account" notice email after having money drafted from my account regularly with a statement to prove the transactions as well as bank statements. Prime Psychiatry - specifically Dr. Air - is amazing. I have had a family member as a patient here for several years and they treat us so well and take good of their patients needs. I Highly recommend this practice
I followed Dr. Luisa collins from heer former practice when she moved to Prime. And I will continue to follow her because she has given me relief from over 50 years of depression and despair. Never in my life have I felt like life was worth living. Her knowledge of the most recent medications have made a tremendous difference in my mental health. She is a caring, vivacious person. She listens, never lectures. She is deeply empathetic and seems to read my unspoken emotions, making her Intuitively perceptive. I cannot remember... read more
