I always have a great experience with my Psychiatrist! She and her team are always amazing!
I had a very negative experience at Prime Psychiatry. My original appointment with the doctor was canceled after she left the practice unexpectedly, I was rescheduled with a nurse practitioner, Ethan. From the start, he was condescending during the intake and dismissive of my needs. I explained that I needed time off work to focus on my mental health, but he refused unless I enrolled in a 4 hours /5 days a week class with Reflections. filled out 3 inquiries on the website, and called about half a dozen times, I assume they're too busy over billing your insurance to answer the phone or return calls. I'll stay with my current provider.
Absolutely love this practice! Kim Gardener is wonderful and has been such a tremendous help! She is the best ever! She listens to my needs and meets me where I am!
My doctor is very professional and caring. She always makes sure that I am in the best of health.
