Showed up for my appointment and they refused to see me because I was late by five minutes. I’ve never been to the office before and had trouble finding it. when someone’s dealing with suicidal thoughts every day you think they would honor the appointment but they obviously don’t care about mental health as specialists in the field. Leaving someone without help that needs it over a few minutes is irresponsible in this field of work and really shows their lack of care for patients.
